*Pack the LCD Screen with at lease a 3" air gap between the monitor and Box.
*Record a RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
*Insure your shipment.

For Laptop screen, we do not recommend that you send in CCFL reflector due to
the technical difficulty compare with desktop and other LCD panel's CCFL reflector.
In stead, we suggest that you send in a panel.
